Refund Policy

Yogi Trails N Transcendence Pvt Ltd is committed to providing excellent service and ensuring that your travel experience meets your expectations. Please review the following Refund Policy before making any bookings.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under certain conditions, as outlined below. Requests for refunds must be made in writing to info@yogitrails.com.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • If the payment was made through bank transfer or other methods, the refund may be subject to applicable bank fees.

Non-Refundable Costs

Certain costs and fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Prepaid hotel accommodations or third-party services that are non-refundable.

Special Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for the following circumstances:

  • No-show: If the traveler fails to show up for the booked tour or service.
  • Early departure or late arrival: No refund is provided if the traveler arrives late or departs early from the scheduled tour.
  • Force Majeure: No refunds will be provided in case of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, war, or any unforeseen events that disrupt travel plans.

Refunds for Modifications

  • If you modify your booking and the new package price is lower than the original booking, we will refund the difference, minus any applicable fees.
  • If the new package price is higher, you will be required to pay the difference.

If you are not satisfied with the processing of your refund or have concerns regarding your refund, please contact us at info@yogitrails.com.

 We will review your case and make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
