Cancellation by the traveler

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply:

More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable costs, such as booking fees and third-party service fees.

Between 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount paid.

Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Cancellation by Yogi Trails N Transcendence Pvt Ltd

In rare cases where Yogi Trails N Transcendence Pvt Ltd needs to cancel a tour or travel package due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will provide:

Alternative options: If available, you may choose an alternative travel date or package at no additional cost.

Full refund: If an alternative option is not suitable, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

Special circumstances

Refunds or cancellations may not be possible in the following situations:

No-show: If you fail to arrive on the scheduled travel date.

Changes to travel plans: If you modify your travel dates or itinerary after booking.

Force majeure: Events such as natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that disrupt travel.

Non-refundable costs

Some costs are non-refundable, including prepaid hotel bookings and third-party service fees.

Yogi Trails N Transcendence Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, with the updated date reflected accordingly.
