Booking process
To book a customized travel package, complete the booking form on our website or contact our customer support team. Once we receive your request, we will confirm availability and provide a detailed proposal, including package inclusions, pricing, and other relevant information.
Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email. Until full payment is received, your reservation may not be secured.
Payment terms
A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due before departure. Payments can be made through available methods listed on our website, such as credit/debit card or bank transfer. The final payment deadline will be specified in your booking confirmation.
Booking modifications
Changes to travel dates or packages must be requested as early as possible. Approval is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Some modifications may require additional fees, depending on the nature of the change.
Cancellations and refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@yogitrails.com or yogitrails@gmail.com.
Refund policy
More than 30 days before departure, a full refund will be provided minus applicable fees. Between 15 to 30 days before departure, a 50% refund will be issued. Less than 15 days before departure, no refund will be provided. Refunds will be processed after deducting any non-refundable costs related to transportation, hotels, and other third-party services.
Special requests
If you have specific requests such as dietary preferences, hotel preferences, or additional services, please inform us at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate such requests, they are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Booking restrictions
Some packages may have specific conditions such as age restrictions or entry requirements. Please read all terms carefully before booking. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Please note that we do not provide visa assistance, airline tickets, or travel insurance.
Traveler responsibilities
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring all travelers in your group meet entry requirements such as passport validity and vaccinations. You are also responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.
Liability disclaimer
Yogi Trails N Transcendence Pvt Ltd is not responsible for service delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party providers such as hotels, transportation companies, or weather conditions.
